Safari Guru and Great Plains Conservation are delighted to share our support for The Carbine Club of NSW by offering a world-class safari in Zimbabwe as part of the Rubgy World Cup Lunch Auction.
Undoubtedly one of the most prolific wildlife destinations on the planet, Zimbabwe offers untamed beauty, safari indulgence and the chance to connect with nature and experience raw Africa.
A Life-enriching Experience with The Carbine Club of NSW Safari
Safari Guru invites the two lucky Carbine Club of NSW Auction winners on a four-night safari in one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world, Victoria Falls, and the private Sapi Reserve on the Zambezi River.
Your journey begins in Victoria Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage site and once described by David Livingstone, as having scenes so lovely it must have been gazed upon by Angels in their flight! Victoria Falls is renowned for its breathtaking natural wonders, vibrant culture, and exceptional accommodations, but none as extraordinary as Mpala Jena Camp. A haven of luxury and tranquillity in the heart of Victoria Falls' pristine and private Zambezi National Park.
To enhance your experience in Victoria Falls, various activities and excursions await you. Embark on thrilling game drives, guided bush walks and boating to encounter the incredible wildlife that inhabits the area. Take to the skies on a sightseeing flight by helicopter, microlight, or ultralight to admire the Falls from a unique perspective.
Your next stop is the enchanting Sapi Reserve in the north of Zimbabwe. Here, the friendly staff of Tembo Plains Camp will welcome you to their home, “Tembo”, which means Elephant. The camp honours these animals found on these Zimbabwean plains alongside the Zambezi River. Tembo Plains Camp reflects more than just a place, it also speaks to the long and unique relationships they have with elephants.
