Tents are thoughtfully designed for your comfort, with twin beds set up inside spacious accommodations of 4.5 m x 3 m x 2 to 2.5 m. Insulation on the ground ensures a cozy experience, while a partition separates the bedroom from a private bathroom. Large windows with mosquito gauze provide panoramic views, and bathrooms feature chemical toilets and hot 'refillable bucket showers'.

Your safari adventure will take you through three distinct locations, each offering a unique perspective of Botswana's wilderness:
Moremi Game Reserve: Begin your journey in Maun, Botswana, and take a scenic flight into the Moremi Game Reserve. Nestled on the southern tip of the Okavango Delta, Moremi offers unparalleled wildlife viewing opportunities along its waterways and under the shade of majestic trees.
The Moremi is a national park and showcases a remarkable diversity of biomes, creating a tapestry of ecosystems that support an abundance of flora and fauna. From the lush, palm-fringed islands to the open floodplains and the mopane woodlands, each biome harbours unique species and offers a distinct safari experience. The area offers awesome and world-famous game viewing by open 4x4 safari vehicles. The vast tracts of dry areas are made up of varied woodlands, grasslands, and seasonal floodplains, attracting many plains game and predators such as lions, leopards, wild dogs, and cheetahs.
Khwai Private Reserve: As you transition from Moremi to Khwai by road, you'll experience the natural wildlife corridor between these two reserves. The drive time is dictated by what exciting animal activities and sightings are found en route and can be from only a few hours to six or seven, as the group enjoys and decides the days' events.
The Khwai area of the Okavango lies along the northern boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve. This is an unfenced boundary allowing wildlife to move freely between the woodlands in the wet season, when water is plentiful, and back to permanent rivers and lagoons in the dry season. The Khwai area offers the same wildlife experience as the reserve with the added advantage of being a private concession which means the ability to do walking safaris and night drives.
It is also renowned for its population of big cats, and the avian population is equally impressive, with over 500 species of birds to delight the twitchers. From the regal African fish eagle to the colourful malachite kingfisher, the skies come alive with vibrant feathers and melodic calls.
Okavango Delta Boating Safari: Embark on a short bush flight to enter the mesmerizing world of the Okavango Delta' waterways. This World Heritage Site boasts a unique wetland habitat, characterized by water channels, reed beds, lagoons, and islands. Navigate the waterways in aluminum T-Craft boats, following ancient paths carved by elephants and hippos, and maintained over centuries by these giant herbivores as they move between feeding grounds.
The campsites are set on Nxaraga Lagoon and Chao Islands, considered the heart of the Delta. Each day offers a new mystery, as the flood in the Okavango varies from year to year – although follows a broad(ish) pattern.
The variances in annual and ad-hoc geographical circumstances can significantly impact wildlife viewing! As depicted in this short National Geographic documentary, The Buffalo Hunters, wet years versus dry years will impact local game movements and the ultimate success of various species, therefore, the outcome of every safari per region.
